Sinopsis

In its third edition, the International Symposium on Agave (ISA III) organized by the Centro de Investigación y Asistencia en Tecnologia y Diseño del Estado de Jalisco A.C. (CIATEJ) allowed to bring together researchers from all over the country as well as foreigners to share their research and discuss the different issues related to agaves and the diversification of their uses. During the symposium there were 36 oral presentations as well as 34 works in the form of posters.
